Artist's Comments
I pass by this cat's house whenever I go for a walk. I wonder if she's a relative of my own cat. She's definitely the same make and model in any case. Usually she's sleeping in tall grass or on the porch of the house but recently she seems to recognize me when she sees me and gets up to come chitter at me and rub my shoes. That made it very difficult to get a picture of her because she wouldn't hold still. I don't know her name, I just call her "the black kitty."
As with that cat in Italy that was sleeping right alongside the road, I'm impressed with her ability to sleep so peacefully out in her front yard alongside a pretty busy main road just a few meters away. |

Katzen suchen sich am liebsten ihren "Dosenöffner" selber aus.
I haven't seen her recently, maybe her family actually lets her indoors sometimes since it's been raining so much.
